GetRV.com Customers
The

Dear Customers,
Atlanta RV
Rental has terminated its relationship with GetRV.com. GetRV was a 3rd
Party Reservations Consolidator based in Dallas, TX. We had a successful
relationship for the past several years. Normally they would book reservations
and collect rental fees and pass them on to RV Dealers prior to departure. Due
to financial difficulties at GetRV, it appears that they have shut down. The
GetRV website has been down since March 19, 2012 and they have not been
answering phone calls.
Existing
Reservations:
All prior
rentals booked through GetRV.com will need to be rebooked locally with
Atlanta-RV-Rental. We have your basic reservation information, (Customer Name,
Unit ID, Dates, etc.) but we do not have any payment information. Payments for
reservation deposits and rental fees have NOT been paid by GetRV.com to
Atlanta-RV-Rental. In order to secure your existing reservation, please contact
Atlanta RV Rental to make arrangements for payment of your rental fees at least
7 days prior to your scheduled departure.
We will be
contacting all customers with existing reservations to explain this situation
and collect full payment. Atlanta RV Rental will not be able to assist you in
getting a refund from GetRV.com. I have had no response from repeated phone
calls and emails over the last week. I would suggest that you attempt to call
them at least once and then pursue your rights under your credit cardholder
agreement to secure a refund of your previous payments to GetRV.

allows you several options for making a reservation.
